    Hi commander,

    Click on the green "My Payza Account Main Menu" button and then on "My Bank Accounts" then "Add a Bank Account". Select the country where your bank account is located choose bank wires. You will have to select a withdrawal currency, review details and confirm.

    HI Marco,Here's hoping you will reply to this email. 3 weeks ago i did a bank transfer from NZ but until now it isnt showing in my payza account. Several tickets have been sent but no reply from anyone on this.I have even sent evidence to show the bank transfer details, bank details etc. Ticket numbers are : UYD-519-39656 & PVJ-364-89712. An acknowledgement to know what is happening wiht this would go a long way !!!!!Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me with this....DB

    My payza account access was restricted more than 6 months ago when it was alertpay. I had more than 300 USD in my account and i was told that i can ask for money after six months? How should i proceed now?
