    checked the third post. there wasnt any proposition/bid that modified his starting bid up until that point, and therefore i dont think that any bid as in 'my starting bid doesnt matter anymore' can be concluded.

    anyhow i bought the site, and so far it is going well. i will post my experience when the whole process completes and you will find out whether he was shady or not.
