open source?

    Before I go re-inventing the wheel, again....

    Is there an open source db management suite; php and mysql, add, change, delete, display records, upload images, built-in text editor, etc. that I can offer as a property listing module for my real estate customers.

    I have experience with joomla + hot property and know they will work but need / want a more custom look and feel.

    you can hire a php programmer to do this for you, you can post a project on scriptlance.com or rentacoder.com
