    6/27 to 7/20 a total of 23 days a long wait, should not have happened
    Not a good service, but also charge a service fee

    I have so big problem. I send my money to Payza and when i'm trying withdraw to bank account i must know Transaction PIN - i used this account in Payza about 2 years ago and i don't remember this. I try to restore this, but i know answer only for first question - the second is "What is your favourite song" and i can't remind this. I submit a support ticket - it's a information from your ticket system:

    Hi friend,Dont worry for their excellent service as well as customer care as i wired($700) on 15th June, 2012 and no response till date in spite of several tickets, forum posts, tweets, facebook etc etc. Have pacience due to looks like we have been scammed.

    Hello Marco,

    Payza has still yet to credit my account with the $300 bank transfer, it has been over 5 weeks since I've raised the issue.
    Even though you escalated my case, each response is met by a automatic bot response which has not helped me with the problem.
    I provided all information that was asked for and even more yet Payza has been unhelpful.
    If this goes on for another week, I'll have to rely on other authorities and give up on Payza's support ever resolving my problem.
