To withdraw from Liberty Reserve, you will need the services of an exchanger.
I will suggest you visit the Libertyreserve.com website and select an exchanger there.

For Payza, you can transfer the money directly to your bank account through Bank Wire.

Its risky getting people suggest particular exchanger for you, this because LR payments are irreversible and there are a lot of scam websites out there.

I have no experience in PayZa, but can advise on Liberty Reserve withdarwal. I already mentioned eforexgold exchanger in one of the threads. Their website is http://e-forexgold.com and this is an awesome exchanger

For Liberty Reserve you will need to use an exchanger to help you to get cash payment by Western Union, Money Gram or wire transfer and for Payza you can get the cash payment direct to your bank account. I advise you to use Liberty Reserve.
