    You didn't say that. You said it was an auction. You said it ended 48 hours after first post. You can't add/change the rules of the auction as you go. Your sheer purpose is to exploit the system and this is a bogus auction, just admit it.

    I bid $45, which is still the highest bid and it's after 48 hours.

    actually, even if it was a ridiculously high and illogical starting bid, he specified $1200 as the starting bid. you cannot bid $45 on an 'auction' that starts with a higher starting bid and claim you won. even if the starting bid is quite illogical compared to what is being presented. its still a starting bid.
