    Do you manage the Adsense/Ad Blocks via a plugin or short code or are they inserted manually into each post? Just trying to figure out how easy or hard it would be to change out the ads to mine. Are the articles unique? Thanks.

    Ads are placed with QuickAdsense wordpress plugin. It's very easy to change ads too.
    And yes, All articles are completely unique!
    Adsense is not banned (Gosh, I rushed to check it when you said that! :) ). Adsense reports are facing some problems (globally) for some time now. Will post the screenshots once they are back fine.
