Hello I am going to start a new project, but really dont know that what to start I just need few ideas from your site about the new project. Here I want to tell you that I am not a professional Web master & even have no time to update my site(s) daily. Simply can not run a Music/video site, blogs etc etc etc Just give any unique idea that return few $ . I am already running a Cars Classified Site (in signatures).... Waiting for positive responses It;s............... Dead^Man!
you can start a community forum (ewaste management - deals & seconds sale .. etc..) and hire a couple of people for administration !
Actually you can start any site according to your choice.It may be a religious site or a porn site or vice versa. But topics must be attractive ,unique and informational,that peoples satisfied . No matter you can maintain it or not ,you can make a contract with ISP or any contractor to take care of the site for a particular time . By the way suggestion for your site: you can make blog ,or a sports site,IM site,teaching site etc.

I like the forum idea. You don't even have to hire people. Some people might want to work for free. Just put some ads on your forums.
Start any site really, they key to success is frequent content updates. You can start earning a few $ from advertisement services like AdSense.
