the present title which you are using is stuffed keyword which is not a search engine friendly one.., coming to the point..,your whole point is providing home tutions in certain cities rite., then use this title which i think would be the one you can use: [Home Tutions - B'lore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi] - this title doesn't looks spammy nor keyword stuffed..
