HDFC NetSafe Works?

    I tried paying some stuffs bought through from my Indian Brothers account but the NetSafe feature of HDFC seems not working anymore
    When i tried to pay every time i am getting refused error message even i tried adding extra 3000 bucks with nominal value it says still getting rejected i.e i am getting error message as card getting refused
    Anyone have similar sort of problems with their HDFC Netsafe VCC powered by Visa?

    You can't use any credit card to pay someone via PP who is in India. You can only use VCC or CC to pay someone living abroad.

    HDFC Netsafe Feature was used. It creates VCC
    But i cant pay it says that Card is refused
    Please note that its a HDFC international Debit account powered by Visa which is linked with the account
    Earlier i used the same card to pay many bills around 1 month before through PayPal but for past 10 days i cant use any VCC's creatd through HDFC Netsafe feature
    Anyone face similar kind of Problem?

    You were paying to an Indian or not?
    I used mine recently and it worked fine for a US payment.

    I am in India right now
    I tried with my brothers account with my brother's PP
    I tried even 10 days before got the same error
    When i used his account 1 month before it was working well'

    Do anyone face problem with HDFC Netsafe+Visa+PayPal in Paying to funds ?

    Still, the question applies. To whom are you trying to pay? Some Indian guy from Indian PP? or someone else from another country?

    Paypal is not accepting HDFC netsafe now. Paypal thinks these are vcc and blocks your account. You can use vcc directly where you need to pay within 24 hours of its creation. With paypal, now its a problem.

    Sure? I am trying to pay to US Based eBay Seller with PayPal he has no other option than that!
    Someone please confirm the issue
    Is it a permanent ban of NetSafe or any issue on it

    Yeah my brother said the same he tried in 4th June and got the same error
    Please somebody share information that it no longer goes to work with PayPal?

    Earlier paypal was accepting netsafe but i have tried few days ago and paypal is not accepting netsafe vcc anymore so you should get a real cc and get your pp verified

    yeah the hdfc netsafe are being rejected for me too since a couple of months

    u need to get a real cc now
