Google AdSense: You have 3 working days to make changes to your site - Ad Labelling

I have received an email yesterday giving me 3 days notice to change something in my site, they say it is about labelling (mislabeling) the ads. Here are the screenshots of the changes I've made:

Do you think it is enough? Can you point out which part of the page they were talking about? I have adsense only at the top, what is visible in the video, so not knowing which adsense unit they were talking about I added a proper label above each unit.. Usually you should not have to label the ads with anything. So I don't know what exactly they were talking about, do you have an idea?

When viewing your video "Bill Gates" jumped out at me. It's completely subjective, of course, but that could be interpreted as a label, sitting directly on top of the ad as it does. I still have no idea why it's there, what it labels, or what purpose it serves.

Do you think this could be what triggered their notice?

Maybe it is this bill gates word yes. Where it comes from? It is simply the most popular searches, it is provided in the adsense for search code. It is generated by adsense from uses of the adsense for search box I have on my site.

At first I was thinking, maybe it is the title and slogan of my site at the top of the page, which could be the label, and the link unit being the first thing just below, I thought it could be that. But since link units take 2 clicks to pay, I always had the impression that labeling, inciting clicks, etc.. was less of a problem for link unit compared to ad units.
Then I thought maybe it is the same think, but for my big green button just above other link units..
Then I thought it could also be the 728x90 ad since it is also below the title + slogan of my site, far from it, but there is only white in between them..

So, could be the BILL GATES word.. If it is, then they should not disable ads from the site since there is now also "sponsored links" above the ad unit now.

    Time will tell :)

I saw that. It would be pretty hard to say it's deceptive, now. One minor, niggling little detail, though. It says "Sponsored links:," but the ad unit also includes images, no? So sometimes no links. Of course, it isn't going to confuse anyone.

    Good luck!

its very hard to tell where google adsense team point out exactly. But it seems to me that you should place the adsense code more effective place. Between your serach box and header banner there maybe search result display area without any break line. I think you may rearrange these two.

Yeah I agree James. Google can go F*ck off. I had my Adsense account banned without warning or email explaining why, even though I followed guidelines. While douchebags like the one at PinterestInvite[dot]org continue to rack up profits while blatantly violating adsense policy.
