Employee Monitoring Software ?

I am in search of an employee monitoring and hour logging software.I tried googling a lot.But no hope.

Can anyone please recommend some great tools ?

I wish to have a attendance software.

I use 'My Team Monitor which acts as a time sheet, it logs how active each of the employees are during the hours they work by logging the number of keystrokes and clicks, and it takes screenshots to show what they were doing. It's not intrusive, and it's free. If you google: myteammonitor, it will be in the top results with dot com at the end. I think it is simple and efficient enough for monitoring remote employees.

 

I really like how it's not intrusive, that's the most important thing in my opinion. Otherwise the employees might be a little put-off by it.

 

you can use any keylogger program and install it your employees computer they also acts as a monitoring tool and keep watch all the activities of employees.

A keylogger can keep track of what is happening on your computer and capture the screen shots.

For monitoring attendance, you can use Time Attendance Software. For employee monitoring, you may consider deploying a remote support appliance such as RHUB appliances through which you can remotely monitor the PC from anywhere while the computer users cannot see and delete the remote session.
