I want to know

what off page activities we should do to get rank a keyword in Google after latest updates.

what is role of No follow links in to get ranking?

Is it good to submit same articles in number of website to get links?

Social Bookmarking,Directory Submission,Guest Blogging etc. off-page activies can be used for getting rank a keyword in Google.
No-follow links had no role in to get ranking,they are useless for this need.
No,it is not good to submit same article in number of website because this may be considered as spamming or duplicacy or even page-jacking too.

You can also try free business listing and free classifieds ads posting for getting higher search ranking and also find targeting traffic at your business domain.
