    please kindly confirm receipt of the documents resent by me for further credit to my account and also please assist for the deposit for another client I referred to payza , I have referred more clients as well since I believe alert pay/ payza is still one of the most reliable payment processor out there.     Hi Marco, I would like to say a big thank you for expediting my relative Mr Singh's transfer into his account today he has received his funds into his account and I must say the entire procedure was swift for him, only five days from the date he did the bank wire. Support was Express. This proves beyond a doubt that Payza is a reliable payment processor. Thank you very much. I am definitely going to refer payza to all my friends. I would also be grateful if support can confirm receipt of my documents and deposit status as well. Thanks

    They are not good, they are scammers...
    They blocked my account without any reason and now my money (about $200) in it block too ... !
    Ask them for open my account but they do not restore my account and do not explain more why, only told that I login with proxy !!
    Damn to you Payza(AlertPay) !!

    I had our support send you a Trace ID to help your bank locate the funds you withdrew.

    Your Payza back office comes equipped with a resolution center. You can get there by going to Main Menu then selecting resolution center. Enter the reference number of the transaction in question and fill out the questionnaire.

    My issue is that your withdrawal options are very rigid and country biased. I live in the Caribbean and for some reason we have to withdraw money through wire transfer at an extremely high cost. I asking that you extend credit/debit card withdrawals to Caribbean countries or lower the rates.

    It's normal that with growth comes an increase of support issues. We are aware that a percentage of members are facing issues and would like to remind everyone that to avoid unnecessary delays it's important to stick to the game plan. Deposit instructions must be adhered to. This means no 3rd party deposits, correct transactions reference number, proper bank deposit code and proper beneficiary if applicable.

    From what we have noticed, 95 percent of all these delays could be avoidable if only the instructions had been followed.
