    facebook is again good and cheap option to promote your business online

    What about create affiliate program for your hosting solutions or use PPC (Google AdWords) to promote you business. If I were you I would post some reviews to sites about hosting solutions. You can also send a press release, try video marketing, write tutorials, get twitter traffic etc. Try promote your business on http://www.webhostingtalk.com

    If you've kept some budget for promotions, then you can try Google Adwords (PPC) advertising to get some potential customers from the google search engines (by targeting the visitors with geographical location and keywords).
