Is there any VCC that I can use to withdraw PP?

I would like to use a VCC to withdraw PP, pls tell me if any one know of any that I can use to withdraw PP

 

I think you can not..You only can use vcc to verify your paypal

 

you can only verify your paypal through VCC and 1 more thing that u can also withdraw money to unverified account and u dont need VCC..

Why a VCC and not a live PP debit card?

You should have a bank account set up to receive deposits. I can't imagine using any processor without one, especially PP. So the bank account is vital, but you should also get a regular PP debit card AFTER you open your bank account. They check for a bank account, so I'm surprised you don't have a regular debit card already. I use mine all the time, especially since I don't like leaving anything in that account.

I don't give PP credit for much, but you also get 1% back every time you use it. Mine gets me about $10-$12 a month, so I get a free lunch one day a month.
