I wanted to sell my anime website.

This website is fully automated and updated daily and have over 3,000 of anime series and over 40,000 of anime episodes, including anime movies, anime episodes, anime ova, etc. Great simple design.

The traffic has come down low due to moving to our new server, and the site has not been uploaded for 3 weeks. But it usually gets over 10,000 UV a month before. Decided to sell this because i will be moving to different direction than working with animes.

What is the source of income?

 

the videos where are they from what is the piracy rules on them just want to know before hand are the videos auto updated also why has it not been updated in 3 weeks

 

Looks like a WP Anime site. Excuse me but how can an anime website with 10,000 UV/month make $300/month? Or is that just a figurative number? It would take at least 100,000 UV/month to make that much money for an anime site.
$500 is the most I can offer.

You can also have another source of income with my website by having memberships, which members can access hidden contents such as, Hentai (adult anime), or Video Downloads, this feature is also available on my website. However, we turned this off, because we lack of people to moderate. As i myself, do not have time to focus on the site, that is why i had it automated. But if you can have your team to moderate the site, then you can always turn this feature on and have hidden contents only visible to members who activated membership. And this membership can be one-time fee or monthly. It's basically up to you.

However, in addition to that, if you check the website now http://www.animetomb.com, you can see its been updated since the last 6 hours.
We just put the site back up online today, for the demo of this sale.

You are right, it is running on Wordpress platform. Meaning, configuring or editing is easy. Especially, since Wordpress has a good Admin Panel.
To answer your question about $300/month of 10,000 UV/month. Honestly, i do not know how to answer this, but i can assure you the site is earning at least $300 a month.

As described above, in response to archc. This is basically the tally of the earnings estimated.

Adsense earnings are about $150-$200 per month (ranging in about $5-$10 per day depends on how active the members are)
Game Advertising Online earnings are about $50-$65 a month
Affiliates earnings are coming from anime related websites that pays about $15-$25/month to have their website linked into the footer. And this is for each websites who wants their website linked. We are receiving affiliate requests every single day from different related websites.

Although, it stopped after we shut down the website due to moving to a new server and, like i said, has been down for 3 weeks.
So to total it off all, the earnings are at least or over $300 per month. Of course, depends on how active I will be for the site.

I'm not sure if you are aware that having adult content on a website is against google adsense policy, your account or the site will be banned as soon as google comes to know.

 

Do you have stats/screenshot of the revenue? Also what type of server/webhosting/vps does this type of site requires?

And lastly, are these animes copyrighted because just like anyone.. we don't want to have to deal with issues if companies, isp, DCMA, etc.
