How to get out from Google sendbox...?

    my 2 websites is showing in Google send box so please guide me what should i do.
    and how much time it will take to be out from Google send box

    The Sandbox is not something you can get out of. It is a measure Google uses to prevent spam, which is a good thing. It can last anywhere between 2-6 months, depending on the number of competing pages of your keyword phrase.

    when your site in the Sandbox it will take 3 to 4 month to get out from sandbox. in meanwhile you have to create quality backlinks for your site.
