    Download notepad++
    Open it
    Search -> Search in file
    search for <a
    replace with <a rel="nofollow"
    browse to location
    Replace


    Shouldn't take you long

    thank you for reply , but i search for the file notepad++ in the files but i didnt found it , would you tell me what file exactly must edit ?

    Notepad++ is a plain-text editing software like the windows notepad. You have to download it first, start it and THEN search.
