Who has heard of, or tried google sniper? Does it work? what is this one keyword thing they talk about. They say they can rank hi by using one keyword in a certain way.
You are just targeting one main keyword and trying to get it ranked.. its better to get a variety of keywords ranked in the search engines so you get more traffic..it works but you are not going to be a millionare building just onw site. You have to build it wth content plus you still have to market the site get traffic to it ect.. this is just with one site try doing this with 5-10 sites.. if you can outsource the website building its better. Providing unique content for these sites is another.. its alot of work...
Well, George Brown, the author of Google Sniper, has put in a major effort in creating his product. It's full, complete, and thorough. I feel, and this is just my opinion, that there's nothing particularly special in it. The information is pretty much common knowledge. But I will also say this. If your fairly new to the bus., and what a little order, it's pretty nice. He has a system, a step after step way of doing things that one could follow. So if you dis-organized, you might like this. I just think there are better ways to go, especially if you're still learning and testing out the waters.... Cliff
Get Union Jobs... I don't know what "I'm failing" means... How long have you been at this? What are you doing? Are you building a list? A targeted list is the most valuable asset you will ever obtain in this business. It's what EVERY major marketer has, and using for their base income.... if anyone tells you different, it's because they're selling something else. If you would just like to check out a video by one of the 'very few' honest, and caring coaches in the business, you can see it here: thebestinternetmarketingcourse.com It's about a Web Business Explained..... Explained is the keyword here. I put that there because you asked.... not on my own.... (for the mods) If it gets removed Get Union, you can always PM me. And, even if you never get to that video.... you can always ask for some help, I'd be happy to. Cliff Michaels.
I've tried the methods used in there and got a page ranked #3 in google for my keyword... but then again the keyword i targeted only had 500 searches per month... so the traffic trickled in... I made one change to the site and it dropped to page 10 so it's hit or miss... if you're looking to build a list as the OP posted... try my sig
Well thank you very much Mr. Michaels. And you also ukdrew. Im trying to figure out how to make cheap one or two page websites. some people use wordpress, but i dont understand enough to install it. Im more of a webpage template builder type guy right now. What do you recomend so i can build a few small sites? By the way my name is David.
Google sniper site is a site that contains few pages such as 5-6 and not more and so for such kind of site to target only one main keyword is enough. And to choose low competition keyword as the main keyword will be the best thing to get more and better results. And if one target that keywords in the domain then it will be best.
Google Sniper works, but like anything it takes commitment and action. Building one site and saying you're failing is admitting defeat. If you built 50 sites, how many would flop? 50-60%? maybe more until you have your aha! moment. It soesn't matter if a product contains common knowledge, all it needs is a simple system to follow and Sniper has that. Get stuck in and build your micro niche sites and get some "Positive Mental Attitude"! [EDIT] 500 searches a month is a little low, the norm to target for small niche sites is anything from 1200-3000, in a market that you can rank for. If your site managed to get 500 visitors a month, and using the law of averages 1% would buy, that would be 5 sales a month. If you can get one site to make 5 sales a month, you can make 100 sites that make 5 sales a month. If you're not selling digital products and using Adsense instead, then just imagine how many clicks you would get? Or if you were an Amazon affiliate, how much refferal traffic you would send to them? - Chin up and get going! Best of luck, -KiKi
If you are into affiliate marketing do not use adsense. It will be easy for Google to determine the blue print of your backlink. And that could be the end of your story.
What makes you say that? I have many sites that use adsense and promote Clickbank and or Amazon products and links. Unless of course the site is a blatant affiliate promotional site, then there should be no problems. If you have a site full of good solid content, then google should love you enough to keep your Adsense live.
Also, How do you write ebooks and sell them? anyone know. I have a few books ive started. there small but informative. But i know nothing about publishing or selling e books
What ukdrew was talking about is a program called fantastico. When you get a hosting account at say for example hostgator.com you can use fantastico to install your wordpress sites. It's very easy to use. I mostly use Wordpress now, and finding information on how to use it is very easy. I would stick to mastering your Affiliate Marketing skills for the moment mate. -KiKi
