Buying Website with some traffic, and ok CPC

    HI,

    I`m interested to buy 1 or 2 websites.

    What I`m looking for:
    - have some traffic (10-100 unique/day)
    - 80% or more from traffic sources to be ORGANIC
    - content to be accepted by adsense
    - if your site don`t have some clicks on adsense is NO problem, but must have some daily visitors
    - can be semi-automated (not with robots for content)

    I`m NOT looking for:
    - automatic websites
    - sites build special for adsense, without traffic
    - sites with duplicated content (with PLR articles, with content copied from other sites, etc.)

    I want to buy 1 website with some original content, accepted by adsense, with some traffic. If your site is accepted by adsense but you don`t recieve some clicks from your visitors is no problem.

    Wait for offers with: URL, some stats with traffic, YOUR PRICE, any other info.

    Will pay by PayPal.

    I have a site which Im willing to sell. It Ranking #11 on google for the main keyword which has 6600 Local US monthly searches, 9900 Global monthly searches and cpc $1.19 in google keywords tool. It made about $45 without any regular maintenance and updating of the site. It used to rank #2 but since i have not done seo and left the site on its own, it has dropped rankings to #11. A few backlinks and its in the top again. Please let me know about your budget.
