Can I make $1000 by Christmas?

Ok well I still live with my parents, and they said after this semester of school I have to find an apartment. Where I live it's pretty cheap for an apartment, most of them are $300-$400 a month I think. So if I can get $1000 a month from online, then I would only have to work part-time, which would be really cool (I'm not working at all right now).

I've been making $200-$300 for the past several months, and this month I might break the $400 mark. I make most of that money from http://www.halo-2-glitches.com

I also just started http://www.counter-strike-source-tips.com and http://www.computer-help-online.com (I've had that for a couple months), but those aren't making more than a few bucks a month.

So I could try to get more traffic to those sites, but I don't know if I could get enough traffic in 1 month. I have plenty of time to work on whatever needs to be done, but I just don't know what to do. Should I get backlinks for those sites and write more content, or should I be doing something completely different?

 

Is it possible? Yes, if you work hard enough at what you do and remember, it is much easier to make money doing what you love to do rather than doing what you have to do or are willing to do...

 

How long did it take for you to get to the $400 mark (how old is the site)?

And how much time do you spend on it?

 

I think it's about 3 months old. I spent probably less than 50 hours getting all the content for it, and other than that I've just been submitting to directories.

 

Nice job, I bet it's a popular site, Halo 2 is a huge game for xbox fans.

If you work on ALOT of content you will... get ALOT OF CONTENT!

Thanks. I get 500-1000 visitors per day, but that's just because it's such a popular game. I've been trying Commission Junction ads for about a week now, but I guess it must be mostly kids that visit because I haven't gotten a lead or sale yet.

There really is no limit to how much you can acheive if you work hard. Do you have web-related skills (programming, design, graphic design, etc?).

 

Well, it isn't one page that is gonna give you 1000 bucks. You need to develop content!

 

Not really I'm learning a little JavaScript right now, but that's all. I buy my templates because I suck at designing them myself. As you can see, the Halo 2 site and Counter Strike site use the same template, but I just changed the pic at the top.

I know there is really no limit, but can it happen in 1 month?

 

you can make $100.000 if you want to and have will + time

 

I made almost $1000 in a week with sales of the scripts in my
sig, so it's certainly possible. I will say it's a heck of a lot
easier if you have something to sell instead of relying just on
CPA and PPC.
