    Hi

I've received a few payments with paypal, and all of them have some extra-fees. What's that? When do they ask for fees?
    Thanks for your time.

Can you be more specific when you say "extra" fees?
Are they fees in addition to the standard fees?

If you're receiving few dollars only. I would recommend to use a personal account for it. As they've said personal account don't imposed fees.

You'd better have 2 accounts (one personal and one premier/business)
    That works for me.

Nope, do a search in their "Help Center". One personal and one Permier or Business account is allowed.

No,you can have TWO accounts! (One Personal and One Premier/Business)

PayPal allows members to have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. However, each account must contain an unique email address, bank account and credit card.

If you have personal account, there will not be any fee. but If someone pay you with credit card thought paypal, and click accept button. then you account will be charged like .30 cents per transaction + 2.9% later on
