Anime Site and Google Adsense

I have come across some streaming anime sites and seen some Google Ads on those sites.
I was wondering if streaming anime is infringed content, why Google doesn't take any action?

 

Google has the culture of banning at the time when payment is due. If they have illegal infringed contents. They will get banned just at the time of payday.

 

Some big boys like tailedfox or animephase seem not to be affected at all.

 

They could be premium adsense publishers.

 

If they are doing something wrong (infringement), they are not suppose to be premium publishers right?

 

I find it strange that sites like tailedfox.com hasn't been banned yet.

 

Me too. As a huge anime fan, theres lots of infringements out there.
