    Adsense is not an option for you... They will ban you again even if you create an account with totally different ID - the website will be the same... I have bad experience with this so don't bother.

    I would try vibrantmedia.

    You can appeal in Google Adsense to get back your Google Adsense. If Google reject your appeal then you can use another PPC or Affiliate marketing program as Google alternatives if your traffic is more. If your site/blog traffic is little bit then it is better to stop the site and work for build net site as i think.

    There are a lot of other ad publisher available in the market. You can try many of them. Google adsense is not the only option.

    You can try CPA offers. You will have to test many offers to find one which converts well and I am sure you can make more than what you used to with your adsense.

    Adsense is able to track the behaviour of your website. Try fixing your contents or remove any illegal stuff you think will violated their guidelines. Last word... read the Adsense guidelines.
