    Hello,
    I'm selling my Article Directory which is Valid PR-1 and has huge backlinks.

    The features of this website:
    * PR - 1
    * Backlinks: 1593
    * Alexa 254293
    * Site Age: Dec 29, 2010.
    * 10090+ Authors.
    * 114016+ Articles Submission and continue...
    * 1,500+ Daily Article Submission.
    * Work well on Shared Hosting

    The Main Reason for selling this site is I can't afford Hosting charges per month and don't get enough time to monetize this site. Also I don't have more Money to invest in promoting site and that's why i want to sell this immediately.

    yes site was down, my host was failed that time. i don't have enough money to increase my bandwith and memory and that's why i want to sell the site.
    still i'm facing same problem and don't want to go to increase hosting charges.
