    I am selling www.adnetalk.com as i don't have time to run it.
    The site is bit old and has good traffic.
    We just added Adsense, so next to no earnings as of now.

    Stats:

    Site runs on Wordpress and Domain is with Godaddy(free push)
    Winner gets Files, DB and 1 week's time to move the site to their hosting.

    The site ranks in Google top 10 for some keywords.
    1) lvps hosting reviews
    2) Nimbus hosting reviews
    3) Infolinks Ad network reviews, etc


    Also, the traffic is mostly organic and is from USA, CA, China, Germany, etc.
