    I'd expect it to be frowned upon by adsense, not sure about being a reason to get banned though? I'm more interested in an average ctr? I'd expect it's fairly low? There's always plenty of other ad networks, some would probably make more money if you could find a cpm network willing to allow their ads.

    Technically this does not violate their TOS. There is no incentive for them to click on any ads. Its essetnailly the same as having an video ad right before the actual video you wanted to watch.
