I'm sure topic this has been done to death (but not for a while... and I AM a newbie...) so is anyone here actually making a full time wage from google adsense? Or is there just a lot of bravado and fibbing going on??
I am working in that direction. I made about 50% of what most wage earners in the US make in a year in only 4 months using Adsense. I have a plan and once executed, I hope to be making significantly more by early 2007.
I make enough to get drunk at the weekends which keeps me more than happy. Steady normal job pays the bills
The chances can also depend on where you are from because of the cost of living can vary greatly from one country to another.
I'm looking for a place to live that will allow me to live comfortably on my adsense earnings without a full time job. Can someone please refer me to such a place I can live on for $4.58/ day?
Just scroll down to the bottom of this page all of us work hard so we can me our own bosses I am almost there but a 5/8 job is something more stable
This gets difficult to answer. While I am sure some people are I am certainly not. I am working towards it. However, there are many ways to earn income from well developed web sites above and beyond Adsense...
A lot of Adsense newcomers rely solely on Adsense because they don't know any better. Those who have been at this for a while quickly spread their income out to different sources. Adsense is simply too unpredictable and too wishy-washy to hook your entire lifeblood to. But to really answer your question: Yes, people do and can make their full time wages with Adsense, but it's just not very smart to do so.
There are always other ways to make money with your successful site -- selling your ads, CPM ad banners, affiliate links, etc. The net has a TON of ways to make money. Adsense may be the flavor of the month (or years), but it's really a very small part of moneymaking on the net.
is it allowed to have cpm banners from other companies on pages that has adsense ads? if not, what kind, of any, are allowed together with adsense ads on same page?
Yes way. Have been doing so for the last year- and living well. But to rely on it would be insane - however for the last year I have been able to cover bills, buy a new SUV, party like a rockstar (well not quitebut..) and still kinda save some here and there all with adsense earnings alone - I have been able to save 100% of my regular income and use google money- just don't ever start to rely on it cause u never know when its going to drop-
my 30% of my income came from adsense..if i make around $1000 per day i will quit freelancing and my fulltime job.
Yes, it is allowed to have CPM banners. As it is allowed to have affiliate links (ala Amazon, or Clickbank, CJ, etc) on the same page as Adsense.
