Near zero maintenance site with traffic and revenue!

I am ready to let go of a very easy money site and the firm price is 14 times proven monthly revenue.

Highlights:

-Proxy finder with easy income, RandomProxy . com
-Improved ad placement= 7.73% CTR since I made the changes.
-The site can be left alone for weeks, and still averages $16.80/month, and rising this month!
-Made $8 (7.99) the last 7 days, which multiplied by 4.3 weeks/ month= ~$34/month, or twice the $16.80 / month, which I'm basing the auction on. (Note: Rising traffic, mostly from link exchanges left this weeks CTR at a more modest 4.43%)
-In Oct. (the hosting was down several days) the site actually made $15.13 with less than 1,000 impressions!! This is one reason I believe it is a great site for someone actually interested in Proxies, or easy money.

Why 14 times revenue?
Why would anyone (non-scammer) sell easy money for only 10 time rev?? The person I bought it from was very nice, and if he wants it back I'll consider a bargain, but anyone else pays 14 times

The photos prove adsense rev, I will also stake my reputation on promising to by it back from you anytime in the next 6 months, to avoid a scam this guarantee is only open to members "with a good reputation to protect" (Note: With average $16.80/month it is possible to make 0.0 on some days, but not too many).

Here is what the photos (attached) prove:
-All time income (I bought the site on Aug 14th) $54.57 / 3.25 months= $16.80/month average.
-The other photo shows oct making $15.13 with less than 1,000 recorded Adsense impressions, remember some promoting and permanent link building has been done recently.

Also, there is a huge demand for proxies, so this site can do much better in the right hands. You can have fun working with the 'random' concept. I know I will if I keep the site

Here is the complete record of daily adsense (see link for file).

Aug 18-20 the site was 100% offline due to hosting issues.
Oct 19-24 I had another major loss of 'trusted' hosts, and the site was offline 70-80% of the time.

There was one more (much smoother) hosting change very recently, so it is not possible to fully document traffic details (sorry).

Here is a TOS friendly good look at about $17/month from Adsense. The two really bad spells (several days in Aug and much of Oct 19-24) were caused mainly by cheap hosts going down.

The third hosting change went very smoothly (I have WHM accounts now). The last switch was pretty recent, so it's not possible to send a whole month.

Please, tell me which stats program you like most and I'll try to come up with something. However, the basic deal in this thread is:

Average income for 3.25 months = $16.80/ month x 14 months= $235, or if you prefer...

Income last 7 days= $7.99 x 4.3weeks/ month= $34.3/month x (only) 7 months income= $240

1) My main skills are original ideas, some graphics, and I'm getting better at a few other things.
2) I will admit in public I currently have 0.0000 experience with traffic stats, I'll learn soon, but not today.
3) Yes, I do care enough about the site to ask 14 x monthly proven revenue (or 7 time recent 'monthly' rev).
4) I really do not care a bit about the couple bucks I'd lose if #5 (below) causes the site to go down for a day or two.
5) (Here's the part where I exceed your expectations) Since the site is hosted through a WHM panel which I control, I'll let you have temporary cPanel access and you can look at all the available stats. My risk is pretty low, just don't do too much damage.

We can do this Tues or Wed, not tonight. Please, PM me to say which day and ~time is best for you (sometimes I'm also up late at night). This will answer your questions about traffic.

All others: You have plenty of Adsense data to go on. Please, make a serious tentative bid very close to the reserve price before asking for temporary cPanel access.

I wasted time on the massive Google screenshots. For at least several days, please, re-read the thread if neccessary, to understand why the answer is 'NO'.

EDIT: Here, this was easy to find. The last host change was less than a month ago, in late Oct.
The current referral stats, which I was able to find, are a huge mess because the Top Sites section which I elliminated (took away the link) expecting to re-launch (see earlier post) has "butttons which show as impressions" (a bunch every day). I admitted not having experience in that area. Proxies are big biz, I can honestly say "the traffic finds me"
