    I am selling my computer technology blog due to lack of time. Site is very well optimised and organized. It boasts a very strong PR4 homepage and every category page a strong PR3 page. There are a few internal PR3, PR2 and PR1 also and this is very useful for link sales.
    Site contents are unique. Most were written by myself and are of very high quality. There are some dedicated guest authors, in fact the last two months has been of guest posts on the site. I am currently involved with a bigger project and most of time has been dedicated to it and thus this site has suffered.
    There has been some loss in traffic and this could be evident to lack of quality posts or the latest google updates, however, I contacted google and was told site has not been touched manually so this suggests I just need more quality posts to which I do not have the time.
    Revenue is mainly from adsense and it makes pretty well. I have also made some link sales like the one on the home page and some sponsored posts paying up to £100. I have been contacted many times for sponsored guest posts and reviews and the minimum I have been offered is 25£ with the highest £125. I do not have the time to write these posts and new owner can definitely channel this avenue for more revenue.
    There has also been requests for banner ad space for around 15$ per month but also, I never got around to it.

    The site is currently accepted in the google affiliate program but I have never promoted anything with it. I simply don't have the time.
    The home page links currently pays 28$ Per month and this is for only the home page.
    TLA pays 20$ per month also for some in link text ads.
    Other sources of revenue includes, amazon, infolinks, media.net and recently skimlinks, these will account for roughly another 5-10$ per month

    Domain will be renewed for another year before transferring to the new owner.
    I will help transfer and set up this site on your host free of charge.
    Sale includes facebook and twitter page profiles with over 1000 likes and followers.
    I will also show you how to get free unique contents to the blog. These are quality contents written specially for you’re the blog alone.

    The buyer never came through. I raised a dispute and won it. I waited weeks but did not get any payment from him :(
    He would not even give a valid reason for not wanting to pay.

    Adsense earnings are in GBP thats slightly more than USD :)
    If you going by 8 months average, yes :)

    The reserve hint for all interested is around the figure the site previously sold for. It was mentioned earlier on this page.
