    Shouldn't affect your Google Adsense unless your doing something untoward. I know of a few sites where traffic from Facebook is the primary source of visitors. Google fully appreciates that social media is a huge way of connecting to your audience or readership base.

    You will not get banned if you get your traffic from Facebook. This is a great source of traffic and Google knows it, that's why it won't harm you.

    If you are looking for just traffic, then there is no problem, but If you want to earn through Adsense, then your traffic has to click on the ads you posted on your blog. sometimes, in your article, by using hyperlinkis on your kyewords, it does help.
