Laptop Crashing

    Can someone please tell me why my laptop shuts down by itself whenever I'm playing online games? These days my laptop zaps off even when I'm not playing games & a blue screen appears saying that my computer has crashed.

    You have a virus, malware, spyware and some registry problems. Go download CCleaner.

    CCleaner helps with everything but the virus. I dont know what would be a virus program, but learn to take precaution. Uninstall toolbars as a start

    It sounds to me like the games are taxing out your system and it's just overheating. Sorry to hear that, good luck. But you may try malwarebytes free version and avast to try to get rid of viruses if you have any. And use CCleaner like they said. :)
