    I like CPMFun.com the best - They are mostly entertainment sites. eCPM varies from me from .30-.70. Occasionally higher.

    Also try CPMLeader - Accepts everyone but they have lower eCPM. I'm not even sure what it is because they only tell you how much you've earned.

    I also just started with ZenoviaExchange.com - so far only about .09 eCPM. Seems ok so far.

    I have been using Audience Amplify and Direct Interactive Media and they are great if you have a lot of impressions (100k++ daily).

    I've got my eCPM on CPMFun up to anywhere from .65-.75 and that is with mostly Asian traffic.

    I think for a webmaster who has very limited amount of traffic like you, for them Cost Per View program like edomz.com would work better, because they can at-least earning something, they offer daily payment with minimum payout 5$. Same time i would like to advice you need to work on increasing traffic so you can work with other network who have minimum payout is high but good reputation is indsutry.
