Unfortunately Oron is in big trouble, so are all file lockers. A new campaign has started which is working with payment processors including Paypal to shut off payments for file lockers.

Cold Copy is working with payment processors to shut down payments to file lockers.

Stop File Lockers is working with authorities and upstream internet providers to cut these sites off.

The day of the uploading affiliate is coming to an end. Soon all these file sharing sites that share illegal or copyright material will be shut down, one by one.

the problem with that persons of cold copy or stop file lockers, its very simple that persons upload that material to all hosts and report them, all that persons are crazy( i read that in the gfy forum), and i remember rapidshare and hotfile have the same problems in the past and its still alive, i only a see a solution all filelockers needs ban USA
and that persons can down some file lockers and 10 new appears, they cant win that war, and in the remote posibility they can down all internet, the torrent files never disappear
    they lost since the beginning

The GFY adult webmasters community is frustrated because they believe they are losing sales cuz of filelockers.
I had fun checking some of the websites those guys are actually running and I can confirm that if they do not have sales is mostly because they are producing authentic GARBAGE. The ones producing nice stuff are not even spending their time there bitching about sales. If they would stop working with those 30 years old fat cows made in USA with 100 lbs sylicone tits and would skip to nice Russian style REAL teens content their sales would jump.
Anyway they are missing one point: if people WANT TO buy a membership to their websites will buy it, no matter if the stuff can be found for free on forums. If they don't wanna buy it they will never buy it, filelockers or not.

Many people who had accounts with oron are being investigated. I heard one guy got an email from a webmaster claiming they got some information from someone who had premium accounts there...saying they was uploading there stuff from there site..which was totally false. Are webbies now trying to make a quick buck and scare people into trying to settle with them?

Individual uploaders and downloaders from illegal file hosts risk having their records seized when the flle host is shut down. If you've been uploading or downloading really bad stuff then expect a knock on the door one morning.

Wasn't Oron using PayPal as one of their payment methods, I believe PayPal cut them off. First Oron had not only porn on the site but children porn as well, yeah uploaders load this type of stuff on the file sharing site but it is the responsiblity of the owner to remvoe those type of file.

When it comes to finding a payment processor, many processors are not accepting file sharing sites, it is mostly because of the earning system file sharing sites have. The $XX/1000 downloads makes people upload popular or illegal content that would get more people to download.

Cyberlocker Offered To Help Prosecute Users To Settle $34.8m Copyright Suit :p

A cyberlocker being sued for $34.8 million by an adult studio agreed in principle to a remarkable set of demands to settle a copyright infringement lawsuit. TorrentFreak has learned that file-hosting service Oron said it would turn over the IP addresses, banking details and email addresses of users alleged to have infringed copyright. The troubled cyberlocker then offered to assist plaintiff Liberty Media in civil prosecutions against its own customers.

Oron will assist Liberty in identification and civil prosecution of any parties who have been using Oron to distribute Liberty’s copyrighted material, including but not be limited to, full disclosure of IP addresses, banking information, emails and any other information that may assist in Liberty in such prosecution.

Funny how some people found out that AdultKing was using child porn banners on one of his sites in the past, and this is the same person that is attacking File Sharing sites about Child Porn. A lot of people believe he is the one uploading Child Porn file names to these websites, and taking screen shots of them, so he can show PayPal. Once paypal sees this they automatically will hold your account to investigate.

Original Post was here: http://forum.searchengines.ru/showpost.php?p=10584110&postcount=1059 (I couldn't view this website without using a Russian proxy)
WOW, that shows enough for me about this AdultKing guy!

Well, here there is another interesting story about those guys.
The guy is the ACIUF.org guy, who is also the owner of Clubseventeen, the famous dutch porn company.
Till 2003 in Holland the minimum age to perform in pornographic movies was 16 and not 18. In the vast majority of Clubseventeen stuff produced prior 2003 (Teen Test, Teeners from Holland, Teen Town, Channel 17, etc.) many performers were 16 & 17 years old so technically this stuff nowdays is child porn even if it's still available.
But I don't care about that.
In the early 2000's there has been another Dutch Adult stuff company called "Dutch Adult Entertainment Company" who was running the sites Clubsixteen, Lolitabitch, Teenbitch, Pissbitch and BrazilianAmateurGirlies.
With the help of wayback machine, we can see the Lolitabitch homepage from 2002 http: //web.archive.org/web/20020123003610/http://lolitabitch.net/
Pretty queastionable name and stuff, but the website simply states "all models of legal age", so I guess that many of them were 16 & 17 years old but perfectly complying with Dutch law. But....
But the owners of this company have been arrested in 2004 in Brazil for producing child pornography for their website "Brazilianamateurgirlies" exploiting 12 years old girls from a poor town called Nova Friburgo and you can read one of the press releases here
    http: //vorige.nrc.nl/international/Features/article2208627.ece/Brazilian_child_porn_case_goes_to_trial_in_the_Netherlands
Now let's come back to the lolitabitch homepage http: //web.archive.org/web/20020123003610/http://lolitabitch.net/
Click the button "JOIN" on the left and you will be redirected to this page http: //web.archive.org/web/20050113111349/https: //secure.virtualxs.com/ezbill.php3?site=3
And what do you see there ? THE CLUBSEVENTEEN ADVERTISING !!! Oooops !!!!
So basically the ACIUF guy who is now fighting so hard about illegal content uploaded on filelockers did cooperate from 2001 to 2004 with a convicted child porn producer.
    Good job !
