    I bought a premium membership on April 29th using paypal and I'm still waiting to get my username and password. I've submitted a ticket twice and sent 2 other separate emails, 1 to and one to an extabit member in this thread. What's with this company? Did I get scammed? Why doesn't anybody reply?

    Update: No sooner did I post this and I get an email from extabit with my un/pw. Case closed

    Just signed up to Extabit today and my download speeds are really slow, my download is 35 and my upload is 104 ping is 12 is there a phone # to contact them really disaponted seems i'm downloading as a free user, i'f thats the case i would wan't my money back any help with this would be highly appreciated,thanks.
