The best way you can come out is by getting the report from Google webmaster tool about the real problem and see that your site has any unnatural links or not.

    Hi,

Check all those back links that you have got so far your website and remove all bad links and dropped links. Make 40% of links to junk keywords such as click here, visit here, visit and brand names. And check your on page optimization also. If is there any broken links or 404 error found pages change it. You will get your result back.

If you did any unnatural linking or spamming then first remove it, then submit your site into Google for reconsideration.

Google penguin update is basically based on the quantity and quality of back links. So If possible get only high quality back links.

    Hi guys,
I have a question: After Penguine update, when we talk about natural link building what exactly does this mean? How many back links per week for instance?
    Thank you for your help.

I have to agree with the others regarding comment spam as swell as forum profile link-dropping and even dropping links in unrelated articles, these type of tactics will cause you nothing but trouble. If you've done so remove those links ASAP. The best thing to do is optimize good quality content for all the pages on your website that you want to rank high. Then re-submit to Google.

First of all you need to check your website structure and if you have too many link in footer and left and right navigation try to redesign website as well as if too much anchor text in content on same keyword remove as well as try to find unnatural back links for website and remove them then send to Google reconsideration message via Google webmaster tool.
