I prefer Joomla than wordpress for developing websites. With joomla you can develop any kind of website. Joomla caters the end users, designers and developers alike. It is very flexible, customizable. More than that it got plenty of extensions and templates.

From my point of view, Wordpress would be the best option. It's the most popular CMS nowadays. There are a lot of useful plugins, themes and so on. Besides, it has nice community.

It depends for which purpose you want to use. Wordpress is best for Blogs. It is easy to use and install. It has open proxy checker for spam protection etc. Joomla is good for small and average websites. It provides good community and content on websites which is based on Joomla. Drupal is better supported for biggest websites.

It depends about what type of website i am building. Wordpress is awesome for a blog, Joomla for a store/business and Drupal for communities. You can practically make any type of website with any of them but i wouldnt waste my time trying to transform one of them to another.

I like Wordpress and Joomla, Wordpress is simple and easy to learn, you can get free themes and plugins. Joomla is harder to learn than Wordpress. Joomla is slow, but you using it you can create eShop (virtueMart), game site, forum etc. If you plan to create small site, you could use Wordpress. For bigger sites use Joomla.

I would say WordPress for simple sites and Joomla for complex ones. Both CMSs have a great community that makes a lot of templates and themes.

It is based on your requirement.

- If you want to develop the Blog site then wordpress is best for you.
- If you want to develop the CMS for any company profile or e-commerce site then Joomla is best.
- If you want to develop the CMS with best use of Galary or Images, menus the Drupal is best for you.

Me too :)
I think thats the first time I have ever seen anyone say Joomla is easy to use ;)

I use Wordpress whenever I can. Wordpress is not just for blogs. I also use it for business sites, CMS, Galleries, Stores, and even as a landing page...
