This will probably show as my first post although you can see I signed up months ago.

A question for the "holier than thou" people.

The big shots around here bid on Adsense keywords to drive searchers to an affiliate sales page.

So how is that so much "cleaner" than using the same keywords in a cloaked site to drive searchers to the same sales page for the same product?

    Well? Please explain.

That's like asking how it's different to advertise on a magazine and get people to visit your shop or abduct them there.

We didn't renew our advertising. I don't know why he would say anything about not paying our bills. We only advertised for one month.

No. People search for a term, click on a link and get taken to a sales page. Same, same.

The difference is the "click flipper" is paying a lot of money and wearing out his nerves to maintain a few keywords while the cloaker can set up thousands and forget about them.

You really don't see that? Your loss.

No I am not going to any extremes I am just having a friendly discussion with spammers.

I don't do that. However if someone bids on Adwords and the user gets a site that has information on the best programs/services and then has affiliate links for your choice I see no problem with it however if it is just adsense or affiliate ads with no information useful to the visitor I don't like it.

Sorry but after all your contradictions just in this thread I think I believe him even though I don't know the guy. Someone who can't pay a months bill must not be making much off his product. Looks like loser-software to me.

Well cloaking is a old trick which google punnishes quite fast. Adwords MFA listings don't get deleted right away. google usually waits till they make some adsense money and confiscate it for disobeying the TOS so no one is getting away with anything. I here people crying using both methods. Neither work well and are short time methods. you have to make your money quick or you will lose it all.

Can anyone say "sour grapes"? :)

They don't but you keep getting traffic From Yahoo and MSN. Google will not ban your actual Adsense account just for having scraper pages. I have sites two years old with hundreds of thousands of pages indexed in Yahoo, bless them. :)

Anyway, Google are mongrels. Matt Cutts admitted that pages which don't have backlinks are likely to me marked "supplemental" even if they are unique.

So a "white hat" has to pull all sorts of SEO tricks to keep on top. A trick is a trick. It is all black hat. Just a matter of degree.

    Hi,

Assuming that everyone here is still talking about the same thing, I might have a quicker solution. So here goes:

If you can somehow get your hands on 30 new Sony Playstation 3 consoles, then you can sell them for $2,000 a pop on eBay. You're sure to get that $60,000, perhaps in half the time or less. :D

Stupid, but it just might work...;)

    That's my $0.02.

No I didn't. There are at least three Googles and they don't talk to each other. I make Adsense money from older sites.

Google Search wants to keep their index clean so they go around banning sites or marking them supplememtal.

Google Adsense don't give a hoot what you do as long as it isn't click fraud.

Google Adwords. Who knows what they want? If they were interested in business why would they suddenly start telling "click flippers" they would have to pay $5 or $10 dollars a click to send people to landing pages?

A pox on all their houses.

Thats a bunch of baloney if I ever heard any. Google is one and they care about relevancy in all areas of search. Its just that Adsense won't ban a site that is disobeying TOS always. they sometimes wait so they can take your unethical $$$ as payment for ruining their search engine.

I will tell you what. you show me just one of these sites that is in Google that is over two years old and I will leave this morons thread alone.

He already achieved Objective #1: Make yourself look like a fool
& Objective #2: Crap the internet.
    & Objective #3: Be dishonest

So he achieved 3 objectives so far. Or was that all on accident?

well, i subscribed now. I don't think visio knows what he talks about, he seems like one of these seo "gurus" that copy all their knowledge out of matt's blog and paste it in their forums... :p

This thread is a joke, its a classic battle between white hat vs. black hat.

But, believe me on this, if there was a competition on who could make more money in 30 days, I guarantee I could make more money than any white hatter. And thats the exact reason why I don't complain.
