    Hello Payza,

    Please take a look into my issue ASAP or I'll need to take other accounts through my bank, Payza has withdraw money from my bank account for a bank deposit to AlertPay(Payza) that was done back in December. Payza took money from my bank account but did not deposit into my Payza account (and instead cancelled it). I've submit a ticket and it has been over TWO+ weeks without any reply: [#SDD-979-42447]

    Both tickets have been submitted and have not had a reply for over TWO+ weeks.
    Calling does not help, I've been on hold for over 2 hours and get disconnected.

    I have a business verified account and I initiated bank transfer to add funds more than 10 days ago and it is still PENDING.

    Transaction in Detail
    Date 6/21/2012 9:29:10 PM Reference Number 82A04-5BE99-B568C Transaction type Deposit

    I needed those funds and expected the deposit to take no more than a week. This long time period for simple funding of the account is unacceptable. If Payza really seeks to compete with players like PayPal, you need to look at the slow service and improve it. Or atleast let your customers know the reality and tell them you need much more than 3-5 days for adding funds.

    I'd appreciate if you can look into my reference number if you can help. If the service is this slow, I might have to reconsider the use of Payza for business needs.

    You should be now able to add a new visa card. You can have up to three active cards on your account at a time.

    I'm really sorry about your deposit. We faced some issues with US ACH ( bank transfer ). If you haven't already received an email you should be getting one soon explaining the matter.

    One thing to note is that Visa deposits are back up, I know that's no replacement but I hope it helps!

    OK, just wondering after reading all of the comments...I recently opened a personal pro account to receive funds from people. Will I be going through this kind of hell trying to receive the money into my account? Will others be able to add money into my account by cc? Will I be able to withdraw my money or make a wire transfer without jumping through hoops? I am in the US and was told bank transfers are not available at this time, but Payza is offering wire transfers with no fee until this is resolved.

    Hi, I have the same problem as many people here : I made a bank transfer to fund my payza account 7 days ago, but there is still no money on my account.
    I have submitted a first ticket that was never answered by your services (Ticket ID: RPA-924-59815) and I have now just made a proof of deposit (Ticket ID: WMM-583-35084).
    Can you please deal with this issue asap ?

    Hopefully Payza can sort this out soon by either adding the funds to my Payza account or returning the funds to my bank.
