Adsense court proofs !! Urgent

I need to prove that I am self employed and I do not know how to extract any legal document from AdSense ... Can any one help please !!!!

2. Adsense is not going to provide you will a legal document, but a simple screen shot would show you have an account and that you make xxx money from it.

Depending on who, and the level of proof you need to show changes the type of proof you can provide.

 

it's to be presented in court as a proof of self employment !

 

Checking Account statements showing the Google transfers. Also the W2 from last year.

 

He probably has to go to court for Child Support. The court is going to order 20% of earning to be sent to his childs mother. The poor kid is going to get $.38/month.

 

If it is a US court then I would do the following:

1. Draft an affidavit stating the basic facts:

• Your name
• The fact that you are self employed
• The fact that you earn (all, some, the majority) of your income though Google Adsense
• The period of time you have been doing it
• Attached is a copy of my Adsense earnings page showing the period from XX to XX and showing that you made XXX in income during that period

2. Then attach as an exhibit to your affidavit a screen shot or print out of a report showing how much you have earned. If you earned income in the same way last year, then you probably have a W-2 from Adsense for 2011 which you could attach as an exhibit as well if you wanted.

Precisely what you need to show depends on what is being asked of your and what you are intending or trying to show the court. An affidavit is evidence and with the attachment from Google Adsense would suffice as basic proof that you are earning money from Adsense. Whether that is considered being self-employed is a slightly different question.
