Ok so i purchased a remote windows VPS the other day so i could run windows via CoRD on my Mac.

I logged in the first time and it worked but my keyboard didn't!

The next time i logged in i can't i just keep getting time out message!

I may have done something to the firewall I'm not sure?

I have access to the parallels panel but i don't know what to do?

Ive tried reinstalling and my hosts support is useless!

    Any suggestions or help?

There is really not much help we can give you without having access to the hosting account itself. It seems like the VPS was not created correctly.

try to disable firewall for a minute to connect
what often happens is that application or remote server send number of packets that firewall picks up like DDOS attack or port scan, and blocks this application silently and permanently, until you actually go to the settings or rules and reenable it.

Ask your host to remove the firwall, same thing happened to me few months back. they rest the firewall and it was fine.

Just disable your firewalls as they block ports by deafault
