I'm doing a new site for the following client : http://www.encoreofficesystems.co.uk and would like to update the logo. The client like the existing logo but I feel it can be brought up to date and made crisper. I would like to demonstrate to the client that it can be improved. They like the fact that it is simple to copy/print out and in this respect the revamped version should work in greyscale. I'm not set on the 'e:'. You might choose to simplify the logo to : E.O.S. . This could be above with ENCORE OFFICE SOLUTIONS underneath in smaller type by means of explanation. The following logos may give you some food for thought : http://logosdatabase.com/logoimages/74692093.jpg - paper represented quite well on here. It could maybe have some curve to the paper like the following : http://fc05.deviantart.net/fs50/i/2009/314/0/7/A_I_Paper_logo_by_REDFLOOD.jpg (not the font or colours used here though). http://www.largeformatreview.com/ev...invites-signmakers-to-hp-latex-print-roadshow http://www.freeimageslive.co.uk/files/images008/printer_start_button.jpg colours in contention for the site are : white background occasional splashes of #D40D14,#3B5998 writing in #686666 perhaps : #F08700 for the odd button. Over to you. Good luck. Payment by paypal.
like the logo layout. Not sure about the font used on the eos or the paper lines within the 'o' but a good start.
Now I see EOS in large - I'm not sure it works. Maybe better keeping it as Encore Office Systems with the focus on the first letters. If the logo would benefit from a explanation then perhaps this can go underneath : Digital Copying & Printing.[h=2][/h]
I think the greys work well, particularly when they define the different sheets of paper but I'm not sure about the EOS disecting the sheets. Please see my other general comment about moving away from the EOS. Thanks
Yes - I like the graphic and think it may be even simpler in all grey and thinned a little. As per my general comment I'm moving away from EOS in preference for replacing this with the full title. Best so far though
Looks good. Happier with this. Couple of amendments - thin down the lines a little that appear under the red sheet on the logo. Also make these lines red so there is no grey in the logo. Also couple of spelling to change - change solutions to systems and copying is missing the 'y'. With these tweaks you are in a strong position to win.
