selling physical horses

    I'm considering Shopify as a store in order to sell some physical products (new unknown brand).

    Do you think i should maintain a separate WP website with links to the shopify store OR have all the content on Shopify?
    (i don't want duplicate content, but not sure if Shopify site is enough for promotion).

    I think you should stick to one site, instead of shopify you can use Wordpress as a ecommerce website as there are plugins and themes to make it into a ecommerce site. If its on one site it will help to reduce duplicate content and there will be less work for you.

    Shopify is an easy way to sell online with little hassles. But what do you mean by 'physical horses'? Do you refer to real animals?
