    Hi DP,
    I want to sell my micro niche site. Domain is PR 2 and it's old about 7-8 months. Expiration Date of domain is 06-Feb-2013
    Site got five 100% unique and grammatically correctly articles. Site have over 100 visitors every day and 98% of that
    visit's are organic, from Google. Site also got page on facebook wich have 40 fans. Average CPC for this keyword is $1,6
    but I didn't puted adsense bescause I don't have enough content to be acepted, Google don't acept sites without at least
    7-8 articles. Site is ranked good for lotof KWs and it's first for main keyword wich is "Tart Cherry Juice".

    You don't want to buy this site. This guy promised to sell the site to me and then backed off from the deal. Something's fishy with him.

    I said that I going to think little more and that I going to PM him in next few days. I gived him administrator acces to my site and he DELETED whole site. I asked him why he done that and he said that he can give me site back but I must pay for that?!
    Site is sold to Vahing for $100.
