Can i change keywords for my website after seo done?

hi all plz tell me can i change my meta tags bacause i not getting keywords ranking on google..i have performed SEO for these keywords but not getting results...can i change it if there's no spam risk or google penalty for it?

 

Yes, if you think that meta tags is not created properly then you can change it. Meta tags should be search engine friendly and related to keywords.
