    where can i find banner serving code and how i will get paid?, please help me in this, i have more than 30 websites,

    Google ad-sense got banned so looking for DP ads to monetize those websites.

    i have added my website, then verified PayPal, created the ad-format and pasted the code on the website, but still nothing is displaying???
