duplicated pages with same content and same Meta tag

I have website yesterday night I have to checked webmaster tools and found so many duplicated pages with same content and same Meta tag so please suggest me what I will do for the seo point view. Because our website ranking down day by day

well.....I think you created same keywords on some pages. First change that keywords on every duplicate pages. Create unique keywords. let's do like this

 

Hello, Now google is updates, According to penguin you cannot keep duplicate content in website. On page is more important in SEO, so it is important you will do clean work in on page seo, don't use one title or meta tag for the whole website. If you keep duplicate content its Unethical process in seo. first make your site seo friendly after that you can work start in off page.

 

Please remove your all duplicate content from meta tag.

 

To have the duplicate tags and content for many pages is against the google guideline for the seo friendly website. So now as you know the mistake to your site, try to change the tags and description of all pages. And set the tags and description related to the pages information and unique for each page.

 

Change immediately otherwise your site can penalize by Google.

 

Make sure you don't have such pages. Either remove them or change entire content and make them unique in terms of Meta Tags and content.

 

Is it wordpress? If yes, you're facing a tag issue that creates multiple pages for each tag you enter for a post. Disable the option and it'd be all fine. Once it is done, you can use page deindex option from google webmaster tools for those extra duplicate pages.

 

Same content and keywords can cause the duplicate meta tags content error. You should use unique meta tags to the pages.

 

The page who have duplicate content with different links can be redirected to original page so, that duplicate can be remove.
