Due to rules and regulations that Payoneer must follow, you must apply for the card under your name, and not a business/company.

You can submit your ID in any language, we will be able to have it officially translated and reviewed.

 

I have tried it on several ATMs i.e Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC Bank, got same error, my friend also have Payoneer Card, he also tried to withdraw from different ATMs, he also got same error. Last month i was able to withdraw easily my payment, getting error this month. I contacted at my Bank, they replied that, maybe problem is from Payoneer end, its not issue of bank or ATM.

I want to know one thing , i am from India and how can i sign UP with Payoneer ? Also i previously verified my Master Debit card with Payoneer system by submitting Documents . I sent some funds to my friend and 2nd time it asked me for verification and i completed it . Which you can see in this " Reference number: LTK529020671977X " , So i want to know how i can sign UP with Payoneer so that i can use its services .

Thank you for your interest in Payoneer. Unfortunately, due to RBI regulations we cannot issue a Payoneer card to residents of India.

For partners that provide payments via our Local Bank Transfer (LBT) Service, residents of India can sign up for this Payoneer service and get paid directly to their banks account.

You can sign up for our Local Bank Transfer (LBT) Service, through any Payoneer partner that allows for this payment option.

To sign up, go to the partner webpage, choose Payoneer as your payment method and choose our Local Bank Transfer (LBT) Service as your payments method instead of the card.

If you have a partner in mind you want to receive payments from and you do not know if they offer LBT, feel free to ask and I will let you know.

 

This means that for some reason, the Payoneer security department has decided to reject your Payoneer application.

If you feel this decision as reached by mistake you can contact our customer support team.

 

Hi David - I am in India. Is it possible to send money from Paypal to Payoneer and then withdraw the same through Payoneer using local bank transfer? If so, where can I find more information on the same?

Also can payments be sent from 3 different Paypal accounts(belonging to family members) to a single Payoneer account so that I can coordinate the payments with a single account in Payoneer and the local bank?

Hi,

Currently, the US Payment Service, which allows you to receive payments from paypal to Payoneer, only works for the Payoneer Card.

At this time we do not support sending these payments through our Local Bank Transfer (LBT) Service.

I think its high time payoneer introduces cards in other 2 major currencies. GBP and EUR.
