    I built this site in 2007, got it ranked for a number of keywords and moved on to other websites while it averaged $1,000.00 per month for the past two years. Once I got it ranked and on autopilot, I gave it no attention because of my other projects.

    Currently, it is averaging $160.00 - $163.00 per month. All a person needs to do; to get this site back in the $1,000.00 to $1,100.00 range is to show it some love.

    If you are asking yourself, “Why haven't I taken care of this site in all that time?” The answer is, I put in on autopilot and moved on to other websites and projects. Right now, my portfolio is comprised of over five hundred live websites and over five hundred parked domains.

    Needless to say, this is a great opportunity for someone who is serious about making money online or increasing their monthly income with minimal investment. The site is a PR1 and it is built in HTML.
